$1000 in fishing equipment stolen off boat

Theft
More than $1000 worth of fishing equipment was stolen off a boat while it was docked at the community pier on Shamrock Lane in Port Republic between May 30 and June 6. Three Penn fishing rods and reels, three spinning rods, a Uniden VHF radio and other items were taken. Please contact DFC Robert Burggraff if you have any information regarding this theft.

Unknown suspect(s) threw a large rock through the front door window of Mom and Pop’s Convenience store located at 3500 Williams Wharf Road in St. Leonard on May 31 causing $300 in damage. DFC Robert Burggraff is investigating.
 
CDS Violation
Cpl. Richard Wilson charged a 17-year-old male from Lusby with possession of marijuana while at the North East Community Center in Chesapeake Beach on June 2 at 3:25 p.m. The juvenile was released to a parent.
 
Theft
Sometime between June 5 at 3:00 p.m. and June 6 at 8:20 p.m. unknown suspect(s) stole a Radio Shack Pro 220-66 scanner worth $150 and a Maxum CB radio worth $50 from an unlocked vehicle on Susan Lane in Lusby. Dep. James Morgan is investigating.
 
Theft
A victim reported to DFC Jeffrey Elliott that unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in front of her home on 13th Street in Chesapeake Beach in the early hours of June 6. The suspect(s) stole a Garmin GPS, a Sony Playstation and two Playstation games and a car power converter with a total value of approximately $850. Unknown suspect(s) lit fireworks in the mailbox of a home on Victoria Lane in Sunderland causing $25 in damage on June 6 at around 8:00 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dep. Christopher Wells at 410-535-2800.
