The President must be a Citizen/Natural Born and can be Native or Foreign born. Senators and Representatives can be a Citizen/Natural Born or a Citizen Native born or Foreign born. One must now realize that native born status does not, in any circumstance, confer citizenship according to the framers.

2->In country 14 yrs
3->Natural born
Sen/Rep Qualifiers
1->30--25 respectively
2->In country as a citizen for 9--7 yrs.
3->A Citizen--Can be Natural born (2 citizens)--Native Born to 1 citizen--Foreign born to 1 citizen--or naturalized

The framers declared Citizens Natural born are eligible for the Presidency. It matters not whether that citizen is native or foreign born so the ONLY way the framers verbiage can be caused to work is for natural born to mean->Born to 2 citizens!

This is how the framers totally ignored native born status as a requirement to become any classification of citizen at all. BHO is a Citizen/Native born and anchor babies are not citizens according to the intent of the framers.

THE MAKING OF A CITIZEN. A Synopsis in brief.
