Annmarie’s monthly Maker’s Market continues outdoors, Saturday, June 4, 2011, from 9:00am-noon at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons, MD. This event is a Farmer’s Market and More! -- it is all things Homegrown, Homemade and Handmade in Maryland. Enjoy spring shopping with vendors presenting a wonderful mix of jams, jellies, honey, local handmade jewelry, herbal teas, decorated bird houses, flowering plants and produce! Start your Saturday with sustainable shopping and “buy local” for all your needs.

As spring is blooming and seasonal produce ripens, make time to visit the Maker’s Market outdoors this month where rain, sleet, snow or hail won’t stop the outdoor Maker’s Market in Solomons, MD. This new tradition continues on the first Saturday of every month from 9am-12noon; and only closes if the Calvert County Government is closed due to inclement weather! Annmarie is pleased to continue this opportunity to buy and sell local goods
and start Saturday with sustainable shopping in Solomons.

Admission to Maker’s Market is FREE. Ample, accessible and convenient parking is located in the adjacent parking field and is FREE as well. Handicap parking is available through the main gate. Interested vendors are encouraged to apply to Maker’s Market at  www.annmariegarden.org Meet friends, make new ones and support local community at Annmarie.
